Prof. Byung-Joo Kang is currently the Secretary General of World Technopolis Association and a professor of the College of Social Science at Hannam University, Daejeon, Republic of Korea. He also acted as an executive director of Regional Development Research Institute (RDRI) for 5 years which did important work for regional innovation in Daejeon City and Chungnam province. He was selected as a dean for College of Social Science, Hannam University in 2010 and appointed as a dean for Graduate School of Administration and Welfare by the President of Hannam University in 2011. His recent research interest involves ‘green growth’ and knowledge and technology convergence.

Waltraut Ritter is director at Knowledge Dialogues, specializing in applied research on innovation and knowledge economy in the Asia Pacific Region and works for government agencies, public and private research institutes and international organisations. Ilya Mirin was born and raised in Vladivostok. He specialized in technologies for collecting, transmitting, processing and storing large amounts of data. Ilya Mirin collaborated with major Russian and North American companies. Since 2015, he joined Skolkovo team as a project manager for IT.
In 2011-2013, he directed the non-commercial project VL Developers Sabbath, a community of professional software developers. Until 2012 Ilya Mirin was a permanent member of the professional team for the power extreme Valhalla Strongmen Team.
Dr. Chi-Ung Song is a researcher who has the strong background both in global cooperation in Science, Technology & Innovation as well as in Economics of Technology and Innovation. Dr. Song is currently the Chief Director of Division for Global Innovation Strategy in STEPI.

Christian Dettmering has got experience as a strategy consultant since 2005, when he joined Schloß Hirschrain Consulting GmbH, which specialises in infrastructure consulting and industry management. Maxim Kiselev is a Professor of Practice in the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Skoltech. He also serves as Deputy Director General at the Human Capital Development Fund under the Government of Moscow. For over nine years he remains a Managing Partner of “MK Analytics-Consulting-Training,” a full spectrum management and communications consulting company that he founded.
Before joining Skoltech for the first time in 2013 as Director for Leadership Programs, Maxim has served as Chief Business Development Officer at Technopark Skolkovo since July 2011, where he oversees the full spectrum of internal and external communications, marketing, national and international partnerships development, strategy and system of services. Dmitry Gordienko heads the Moscow branch of the Founder Institute, the world's largest startup accelerator. Dmitry has 20 years of experience in the investment industry, including First Chicago NBD banks (now part of JP Morgan), Merrill Lynch and others. Dmitry is also an angel investor and works with startups in Russia, Israel and the USA.
